The Scoop - November 25, 2019
Good luck to all the boys basketball teams!
The boys basketball season begins this weekend and most of Allen County's coaches joined us for the annual Boys Basketball Preview. They each brought players and introduced them to the club and talked about their strategies for the upcoming season. ALL Director Matt Childers did a great job hosting the program.
In other news, we're still looking for some Rotarians to ring bells for the Salvation Arm on December 14. Contact Joe Watson if you can help.
We are collecting hats and gloves for children 12 and under for the Salvation Army and personal hygiene items for the West Ohio Food Bank. Collection barrels will be at our meetings in December. Please participate!

The Scoop - November 18, 2019
Allen County's girls basketball teams are looking forward to a great season.
Players and coaches from seven Allen County high schools joined us for the annual Girls Basketball Preview, hosted by Hometown Stations' Sports Director Jason Geiser. The ladies have been working hard to improve their game and are ready for an exciting 2019-2020 season.
Also at Monday's meeting, we gave a big thank you to three members and their companies for donating to the Rotary Community Stage and Park:
Hometown Stations - $10,000
HCF Management - $10,000
Tuttle/Touchstone - $25,000
Thank you so much to everyone who has donated to the project!

Christmas Party
Don't miss the Lima Rotary Club's Christmas party on December 16!
We have a fun day planned for our Christmas party and to fit everything in, we'll be starting at 11:30. The Bath High School Choir will entertain us with Christmas carols, we'll have a silent auction, we'll announce the winners of the annual raffle, and Elvis will go home with a lucky (?!) member. You should have received your raffle tickets in the mail. Please bring your check and ticket stubs to the upcoming meetings. If you would like to donate a prize for the silent auction, please contact Cat.
