Fitzgerald’s goal is that effective July 1, 2020, we begin a normal year!
Treasurer’s Report          Dan Best
Best reviewed the Balance Sheet Previous Year Comparison
The Cash position is currently up by $26,500 but after payments are made, the Net Cash Position is $9,000.  Accounts Receivable are listed at $76,0007 with $63,200 as amphitheater pledges.  Actual Accounts Receivable are $12,807 which is down by $13,000 from last year.  The Equity position of $21, 539 is up by $19,691 which is due to the cost savings from expense reductions.

He also reviewed the Profit & Loss Previous Year Comparison
Overall Total Income for the Club is down by $14,300 from last year.  Members’ Dues are down $8,500 as dues reductions and expense savings were passed along to the members. With year-to-date expenses down, net income year to-date increased by $13,000 compared to last year.  This has potential for the next year but it could be an issue for the following year.  Best stated it will be Nip and Tuck as expenses will go up quickly.  Increasing dues may need to be considered.  Best is also looking into the possibility of the Club applying for a non-profit designation so a fund raiser could be held.

Wannemacher made a motion to approve the Treasurer’s report as stated.  Stemen seconded the motion.  Board approved.
