Singapore: a culinary paradise
Eating is the national pastime in Singapore, the host country of the 2024 Rotary International Convention. The country’s culinary landscape ranges from street food to ethnic eateries to Michelin-starred restaurants, all of which will be options for those attending the convention 25-29 May. Rotary responds to disasters
The Rotary Foundation’s Disaster Response Fund, which supports communities in their rebuilding efforts, has already funded disaster response grants in more than 46 countries. Recently, Hurricane Otis caused catastrophic damage in Acapulco, Mexico. Through a disaster response grant, local Rotary members are working in their communities to provide food and water to those impacted by the hurricane.
