Make your Christmas magical: volunteer at the Special Needs Christmas Party.
One of our Rotary Club's most treasured and heartwarming traditions is our annual Special Needs Christmas Party! This year's celebration will be held Saturday, December 12th from 11:30am to 1:00pm at Apollo Career Center, and we would love your help making it magical for these very special children. Rotarians can volunteer by sponsoring a child, which includes purchasing a gift valued at $50 or more from their wish list and wrapping it for Santa to deliver at the party. You are also welcome to attend the party and spend time with your sponsored child! If you would prefer to simply purchase and donate a gift, wrapped gifts can be delivered to Chiles-Laman Funeral Home, Shawnee Chapel. You can sign up online or use one of the sign-up sheets on the tables at our regular Monday meetings. However you choose to participate, please know how grateful we are for your generosity. The joy, excitement, and Christmas magic you help bring to these sweet children is truly priceless!
